The Swiss IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) Chapter brings together experts in the field of power electronics and advanced mechatronics as well as industrial electronics in general. With a strong industrial base and world class research at two Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology (ETHZ and EPFL) and a dozen of Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences, Switzerland is among the leaders in innovation in this field. The chapter organizes regular technical and professional workshops, and provides a platform for further development and exchange of information.
